Agency Central Office Members of the Policy Research and Planning Division coordinate policy development and compliance, and coordinate policy positions in relation to other state agencies, federal agencies and outside stakeholders. Staff members also organize and direct the Agency's comprehensive strategic planning process, coordinate other Agency planning activities and provide a liaison with the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP).
